MVN-MGB Enclave is the third Lay-out of M.G.Brothers at Chittoor Town. This lay-out is located at Chittoor-Puttur road at Kongareddy Palli and surrounded by the well developed residential colonies. Railway station and Main Bus Stand are located at just 2 k.m distance from the lay-out.  

This lay-out was developed in 3.83acres area with 35 plots. Amenities like Roads, Culverts, Drinking Water facility along with Over Head Tank and borewell and Electricity supply was provided in the lay-out. Avenue plantation on roads and fencing around the lay-out was also provided. watch guard was also arranged for the lay-out. MVN MGB Enclave lay-out was approved by the Municipality vide LRS No:19/08/G1 

This layout was developed under joint development with the landowner. Majority of the plots of the company share in the lay-out were sold and registered in favour of purchasers.
