Surendra Gardens is the First Lay-out of M.G.Brothers at Chittoor Town. This lay-out is located at Santhapeta on Kanipakam Road  and surrounded by the well developed residential colonies. Railway station and Main Bus Stand are   located at just 2 k.m  distance from the lay-out. Zilla Parishad High School and Government General Hospital are also located near by the lay-out. 

This lay-out was developed in 10.42 acres area with 137 plots. Amenities like Roads,Culverts, Drinking Water facility  along with Over Head Tank and borewell and Electricity supply was provided in the lay-out. Avenue plantation on roads and fencing around the lay-out was also provided.watch guard was also arranged for the lay-out. Surendra Gardens lay-out was approved by the Gram Panchayat. 

Majority of the plots in the lay-out were sold and registered in favour of purchasers. Only few plots  are available for sale. Construction of   houses by the few  plot owners have already started.
