| This is the 1st layout of MG Brothers at Nellore. Sri Ramachandra Nagar layout was developed in the year 2003 on 19.79 acres area with 177 house sites. The layout was approved by the Director of Town & Country planning vide L.P.No:54/2003/N date 04.10.2003.This layout is located adjacent to Kallurupalli housing board near Vedayapalem.The K.P housing board with about 4000 residents is in close proximity to the layout. The national highway passes by the northern side of the
layout.
Civic amenities like W.B.M roads, electricity, avenue plantation and watch men with good security are provided in the layout. 10% of the total area is reserved for public use. All the plots in the layout were sold & registered in favour of plots buyers. A Plot Owners Association is in existence.
