| This is the 4th layout of MG Brothers at Nellore. This is the biggest layout developed by the MG Brothers covering an area of 47.30 acres. It is located on the Kalivepadu road, 1 Km from Dhanalaxmipuram Centre on the Nellore-Muttukuru-Krishnapatnam port road. The layout got approved by DT & CP vide L.PNo.39/2005/N. There is public transport facility to and from the layout at regular intervals.
Civic amenities like W.B.M roads, cross drain culverts, electricity, avenue plantation and watch guard is provided in the layout. 10% area of the layout is provided as open space for public use.
80% of the plots in the layout were sold & registered in favour of plots buyers.
