This is the 2nd layout of MG Brothers at Nellore. This layout was developed on 37.39 acres area with 361 houses and got approved by DT & CP vide L.P.No.54/2003/N date 04.10.2003. The layout is located on Nellore-Gudur highway on Golagamudi Bhagavan Venkaiah Swamy temple road. The temple road passes in the middle of the layout.
Civic amenities like W.B.M roads, electricity, avenue plantation and watch & ward are provided. 10% of the total area is reserved for public use. All the plots in the layout were sold & registered in favour of plots buyers. A Plot Owners Association is in existence.
