Sundara Nagar lay-out is the 6th lay-out of M.G.Brothers at Nellore Town. It is located at Varigonda village and Gramapanachyat on Nellore-Muttukuru-Krishnapatanam Road at 11th k.m from Nellore ie., immediately after kakupalli Centre. The lay-out was provided direct approach from the main road of Nellore -Muttukuru. Sundara nagar lay-out was developed in 39.75 acres area with 415 plots. This lay-out was approved by the Director of Town and Country Planning (D.T.& C.P) vide L.P NO's: 11, 19 to 22,25,27,28 and 29 0f 2007.

Layout developments like Metal Roads, Pipe Culverts, Electricity, Avenue plantation and Entrance Arch were provided in the lay-out. Watch guard was also provided. Crossing Bridge over the main culvert at the approach road and Block Top Road ( to the extent of approach Road only) will be provided soon. 90% of the plots in the lay-out were sold and registered in favor of purchasers. Only few plots are available for sale.
