Machani Gardens Layout is the 9th project of M.G.Brothers at Tirupati Town. It is located at Pudipatla Village, Tirupati Rural Mandal and a distance of 8 kms from Central Bus Station. It is located as adjacent to our earlier Santhi Nagar layout and it has distance of only 1km from the famous Srinivasa Managapuram (Lord Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy Temple). This layout is surrounded by Existing Housing Colonies like Kopparavandla palli, Kaluru, Perumalapalli, etc. It is to be developed in 10 Acres of land with 120 plots. The layout was approved by TUDA (Tirupati Urban Development Authority) Vide L.P.No:34/G1/2008. This layout is located at facing to the 80' main road which leads from Cherlopalli Junction to Srinivasa Managapuram. Facilities like Black Top Roads, Pipe Culverts, Electricity, Avenue Plantation and the Beautiful Entrance Arch in front of the Layout were provided in the layout. Watch and Ward was also provided in the layout. Out of the total layout area, 10% was allotted/reserved as open space for public use.
