This is the 7th project of MG Brothers at Tirupati town. Santose gardens is located near Cherlopalli circle of Tirumala By-pass road on the Tirupati Bangalore highway. It is just 2.5 KM from S.V. Agricultural College. This layout is surrounded by Sri Venkateswara Zoo Park on the northern side, Srinivasa Mangapuram temple on western side & Pudipatla, Perumallapalli residents on the southern side. It was developed in 8 acres 0875 cents of land with 91 house sites.

This layout was approved by Tirupati Urban develpomen authority vide LPNO 72/G1/2006 dated 18-12-2006.

Facilities like W.B.M roads, avenue plantation, watch guard was provided in the layout and electricity work is in progress. All the plots in the layout were sold out and 90% of the plots were registered in favour of the customers. The remaining are in progress. Out of the total layout area, 10% open space is provided for public use.
